What ITIN numbers must be renewed in 2019?
2 million ITINs are due to expire in 2019. Any ITIN with middle digits 83 to 87 will expire by the end of the year. ITINs with middle digits between 70 to 82 have already expired and require renewal if you are filing a US tax return.
How to apply or renew my ITIN number in England, United Kingdom?
All ITINs can be applied for and renewed using form W-7. All ITIN applications will require a certified copy of a UK passport (or EU passport). As an acceptable certified agent for the IRS CAA program, we can assist to check your form W-7 paperwork and supporting schedules as well as certify for ITIN purposes, your passport. A separate W-7COA (certificate of accuracy) is attached by us to the application to prove the certification.
